Jennifer Juan
President & Owner
Jennifer Juan is president and owner of RJP Electric. She purchased the company in 2021 and oversees all aspects of the company’s daily operations. Her areas of focus include customer service, client satisfaction and team communication. Over the course of her career, Ms. Juan has held a series of progressively responsible positions in administration, purchasing and estimating. She works with employees, clients, and vendors to keep work flowing smoothly and maintain positive relationships. Her strengths include leadership, management, problem solving, employee relations, finance, and communications.
Joe Williams
Vice President - Construction
Joe has more than 25 years in the electrical contracting business and has worked for RJP since 2004. He supervises the engineering/design department and the project managers assigned to the construction department. He works with clients before, during and after projects to make sure they are designed, built and working properly. He studied computer aided design and drafting as well as industrial electronics and electricity, and he holds numerous certifications. A dedicated team player, his strengths include strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
